Day 40 - The Big Picture

This is something we all know and yet don't follow. On the 40th Day, I would like to remind you of the Big picture of life...

We do what we do for love and finally end up being blind of love. We hurt the ones who love us and get hurt by the ones we love, we cry for people who don't notice us and ignore the ones who would cry for us. Its with so much selfish intentions that we love, and we expect other to be selfless.

Its pretty simple... You reap what you sow. If you are caring for someone, you will surely be cared by someone too. That is how things work, call it Karma or Newtonian Theory. But, we fail to recognize this and grieve for loss and smear for profits, but in the end, all is pretty balanced.

The more care and love given out, the more we shall receive and to show it, we need some motivation. That, you will have to do daily, as a practice. Until, kindness, becomes your nature.

Ask these questions to yourself. Why do you work/ play/ buy/ learn/ read/ write/ workout/ earn/ socialize?... A part of it is to be noticed by others and to be offered love. According to Transactional Analysis, these are called "Strokes". A person wants strokes, to keep themselves sane. Thus we act well, and if we don't receive (good)strokes, we act bad, and if we still don't receive (bad)strokes, you fall into depression.

Thus, every unpleasant act by someone, is because of the lack of (good)strokes, and understanding this, you can give lots of such "good storkes" to people you know, keeping them sane and pleasant. If the benefits of it is understood properly, then the world might be more pleasant.

I hope, the Big picture was "re-introduced" in this post to you... Please do give me your valuable feedback on this... Have a nice day!... :)
